Amazing dining experience, exceeded our expectations with quality, creativity, and inspiration. Highly recommended to go for the 10 course tasting menu and let the chef and the amazing knowledgeable team take you on a tour of ingredients, preparations, and history of Mexico. Worth the trip to Portland.

Amazing take on Mexican food and thoughtful representation of the culture's ingredients. The 10 courses definitely are filling enough and well balanced in taste. Their menu changes extremely often that you'll want to come back for a completely new experience. The price was relatively less than other tasting menus but is reasonable to how much effort the chefs put into their work. Would recommend to anyone who wants a whole new take on Mexican cuisine!
Mexican forward tasting menu with personal stories, the culture and how and why the dish is special to the chef. Incredible presentation and service. Their was a beautiful story about a hummingbird and it was exactly what I needed to hear. Wine pairing featured Mexican, Mexican-American, BIPOC, and female winemakers. Highly recommend on your visit.
Everything here from the location, the service and the food is just delightful. When you get the wine pairing with your meal, the sommelier will give you a historical back ground about wine in Mexico and they do a great job with picking which wine to accent each course. The food is as beautiful as it is delicious. Complex flavors - rich, spicy, fresh and comforting. Next time I will do the vegetarian and the meat centric courses all to myself!
